Miranda | Senior Photographer – Montgomery, Texas

The Seniors this year have been a blast! Such a smart group with fantastic personalities and so much fun to “shoot”. Miranda chose the Charles B. Stewart Branch of the Montgomery County Library to begin her session before heading into town and then to my mini-studio.

Miranda began her High School career at the Woodlands High before moving to Montgomery so she had two letter jackets to photograph. I came up with what I thought was a great idea to lay them over a bridge on either side of her and take a wide-angle portrait. In theory it was a good idea – until a wind kicked up and blew one of them in the pond. Fishing that out was quite fun…lol. It really was funny and she and her mother both told me at their preview session that they laughed about it for a week. The adventures of a photographer….how fun!

I love this – so “jazzy”!

Lisa | Senior Photographer – Montgomery, Texas

Those of you who follow the blog know by now that I’m all about the eyes and I am loving Lisa’s!  How beautiful are they??   Just like Lisa.  She is so much fun, not to mention smart, funny…an avid reader and has just written her third novel.  Yup – THIRD NOVEL and she’s just a Senior.  This one’s going far my friends – keep an eye on her!!

Now that I think about it, I’ll ask her if she has any stories and such online to share and I’ll add an EDIT update to this post soon!  Lisa’s session started at Cedar Brake Park, went to Conroe and back to my secret bluebonnet field in Montgomery before we finished and even though it was really warm out – we had a great time!

See…what’d I tell ya?  What a ham!

Stephanie | Senior Photographer – Montgomery, Texas

Meet Stephanie!  How beautiful are her eyes?  Sooooo pretty!  Miss Stephanie is a Senior at Montgomery High School this year and is an active, award winning member of the MHS Choir.   I wish I knew all of her awards, I’d surely list them here.  She is so much fun and we had a great time at her session in The Woodlands.

Graduation is right around the corner for the kids at MHS…they are so excited!

Amanda & Ivan | Wedding Photography – Montgomery, Texas

This wedding was so much fun!  From the engagement session to the bridal session to the wedding itself.  What a great family and fantastic wedding party!  Amanda and Ivan are so in love and have the best personalities…..a perfect match!!  Neither of them are camera shy either which makes it even that much more fun to photograph.

They were married at The Church at Lake Conroe and chose to have their reception at the beautiful, Amber Springs.  If you’re in the Montgomery area and looking for a venue.  Check them out.  It’s gorgeous!!  I was so excited to be included on their special day!!!

What to wear?  Amanda brought three sets to choose from.  I think the final choice was perfect!

If I can find a fleur you can be sure I’m going to use it!  I LOVE this image!

Beautiful sisters!  You can’t help but be touched by how close these two are.  Lil sis shed alot of tears up during the pre-wedding family portraits and she almost made me cry.  She also had such a heartfelt toast for her big sis during the reception – it almost teared me up again.  So sweet these two.

Meaghan | Maternity Photography – Montgomery, Texas

Who doesn’t just love the bellies??  This little one however has already made his grand entrance into the big blue marble and there will be lots of new babiness (is that a word?) to “awwww” and “ooooo” over on the blog very soon.  In the meantime….how cute are these images?  I just love them.

Meaghan was one of my Girl Scouts way back when.  So many happy memories with all those girls.  Makes me sad they are all grown up now, getting married and having families but I absolutely love that I still get to be a part of their lives and am always honored to photograph them.

We had a great time during her session and I think even though he might not admit it…Daddy had fun too.  Meaghan said she loves black and whites and I was happy to oblidge.  Enjoy!!!
