Not only is Ashley gorgeous with an infectious giggle but she has a fun, playful personality that came right through in her Senior portraits.  She really rocked it!!  We held her session on a beautiful but cold day at the tracks and at the Montgomery Library.  I love sessions at the Library.  There is just an abundance of gorgeous locations there to shoot in and it’s beautiful there year round.

Meet Lewis (“Lewie”).  We met online several years ago while he was promoting his first book  Cold Streak which debuted at the top of Amazon’s best sellers list!  As most of you know one of my favorite cities in the world is New Orleans and Lewis just happens to be a native.

Hubby and I had the pleasure of having dinner with both he and his lovely bride during a trip not too long after that and we’ve kept in touch.  Lewis contacted me to see when I’d be back in town and wanted to know if I could do some shots of him.  Um…lemme think?  More sessions in the Quarter…no brainer!  Of course I will!!

His third and newest book, The Anti-Vampire Tale, is burning up Amazon so if you haven’t already read it – be sure to grab a copy!  When I grow up – I wanna learn to write like Lewie!

Yet another fun filled Senior Session that started out very, very cold but by the time we got done it had turned into a beautiful day!!! Brittany’s session started out in Conroe and then we went to her families beautiful property in Montgomery.

At one point, we were trying to get some fun shots of her throwing the ball right by my shoulder and she tagged me. he he She didn’t get me hard but the outtake shot was really really funny.  Brittany is a Senior at Montgomery High School and will be attending Texas A&M University in the fall and will be on the softball team. Gig em!

Allison, her mom and I headed out in the freezing cold, slightly rainy weather the Friday after Thanksgiving for her Senior portrait session at Mercer Arboretum. We were all cold but poor Allison was freezing half to death. She was such a trooper!

Allison plays softball for Montgomery and will be playing for Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) in the fall. Allison was such fun and a natural in front of the camera, her portraits turned out BEAUTIFULLY despite mother nature!

One of my favorite things about photography is meeting new people, being able to document their lives and I especially love it when clients become friends. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing the DeBerry family since 2007 and just adore them.

The plan was to hold their session this year at a park near their home however it was just too damp out, partially because of the early morning dew and partially because of some light showers here and there. So…we headed back to their house and believe it or not…some of my very favorite images of little Mia especially were of her just propped up on the kitchen counter. She is just too adorable.
