Everything is coming up babies these days and I love it! If you’ve been around here for a while you may remember Rachel & Chad from their wedding and more recently, their maternity photos. I’ve shared some fun stories of little Rachel when she was a member of one of my Girl Scout Troops and the fun times we had.
There have been 5 troop babies born this year so my Facebook feed is full of sweet little faces and tired, but happy Mommies & Daddies. It fills my heart every time I scroll.
Rachel, Kelsey & my oldest daughter, Stacie, still hang out as much as they can. All three have had babies in the last 12 months.
Rachel and Stacie are 2 days apart and whatdya know…Jakobi & my newest wee one, Sarai, are only 3 days apart! That’s just so exciting! We attempted to do their newborn photos together but Sarai was not having any of it. I will try again soon to get some good photos of her but in the meantime….you’ll just have to “ooooo” and “ahhhhhh” after Mr. Jakobi’s handsome little self!
Welcome to the world little man! Thank you for the good snuggles. I’m already excited about your next session!
Babies, babies….babies everywhere. Love it! I mean, who doesn’t just love these adorable little faces? The blog is being taken over by babies and bellies these days and I’m not complaining one bit! Little Miss Kendall was quite the ham at her 9 month photo shoot splish slashing around in her birthday suit.
One of my favorite things about photographing her, besides her little bubbly smile and smile is all of the cute head bands and bows her Mom has. She never tries to take them off either. Little Missy here is quite the little Princess. I just love it!
She is such a ham she literally made us laugh out loud as I was snapping away. Happy and smiley should be her middle names. In the August heat in Texas who wouldn’t be happy splashing around in an old tub?
I wish I could take credit for this adorable set-up but I can’t. It was her Mom, Kelsey’s idea. It was perfect! I may have to borrow this set-up someday myself. We are already planning her 1 year cake smash session. I’m sure her Mom will have all sorts of cute & creative ideas. I’m already counting the days!
It’s hard to believe this little cutie is already 6 months old! Six months old and a complete ham. She is so happy, smiley and was little Miss Priss in her first tutu lovingly made just for her by her Mommy, Kelsey. I have no doubt that by the time this lil cutie is a year old she’s going to be a little model. Love, love, love it!
It has been said that time flies when you’re having fun. I have found time and time again that this is do true. Just yesterday, or so it seems, I had the pleasure of meeting Megan & Bill and had a great time at their Spring, Texas maternity portrait session.
We had more fun at Liam’s newborn session, his 6 month session…9 months
and just like that…
Liam is turning 1. Each session has been more fun than the last. How can you not just fall in love with this adorable little family and their 4 legged loves too!
Thank you Megan & Bill for choosing me to document Liam’s first year! I has truly been an honor!
Little Lincoln & Miss Rory are gracing this page once again and I couldn’t be happier. These little ones are two of my favorite clients. I’d adopt them if I could. *giggles*
They are a barrel of fun and entertainment. Lincoln’s Cake Smash session went as close to perfect as you can get with a 1 year old and chocolate cake. His session was held before his Birthday so it was his first time to have a Birthday Cake right in front of him. He wasn’t to sure about it for a minute. Well…maybe not a whole minute…before we knew it he was head to toe chocolate. So was the floor, his toys and anything else in his path. So precious!
Thanks as always to their amazing Mom & Dad for such a sweet time and for allowing me the blessing of being able to capture this special time in their lives.
Little Kendall made her big debut a bit early. Since she didn’t check my calendar and coordinate it with the holiday schedule (*giggles*) I didn’t get to snuggle and photograph her for a bit over a week. We made up for it though. Her mom, Kelsey, is one of my “other” daughters which means she grew up with my daughters and was one of their besties or was one of my Girl Scouts…or in this case, both….which means I am a Mimi again and I couldn’t be happier! Beautiful Meredith whom you’ve seen several times recently is one of that group as well.
Kendall was so good during her session. They had the house all nice and warm which always makes for a happy baby and it showed in her photos. She was so good we even got to have a big finish on the hood of Daddy’s Chevy and her Uncle’s Jeep. Mom, Dad, Grandma & Grandpa stood just off camera to keep her safe but she snuggled right in for her pictures and was happy as a clam! I can’t wait to snuggle her some more!
You will get to see lots more of this little cutie in the upcoming year!
