This session just may be one of my all time favorite maternity portrait sessions. I love photographing this sweet family. Megan always has a plan complete with a schedule and outfits to boot. Right up my alley!
I loved photographing her baby belly when she was pregnant with Liam and all of his milestone sessions. His cake smash was right up there in my favorites list too.
This time..it’s a girl and Megan is simply glowing! Her little belly is so perfectly round that I had to move to a side angle a couple of times because the angle I was at made her look like she wasn’t even pregnant. We should all be so lucky right?
My favorite memories of this pretty little mama are of chasing her around Girl Scout camp with worms and other fun bugs. She would run screaming, trying to hide behind her friends who of course…served her right back up to me. I was such a good leader right? Seems like only yesterday it was campfires, sing-a-longs and badges. The next thing you know, she’s getting married and just 5 short years later, here we are…taking maternity photos of her beautiful round belly!
If I’ve told that story once, I’ve told it a hundred times. It’s a good thing still loves me now that she’s all grown up. It’s also a good thing I gave her a early bug practice because before you know it, she and her husband Chad will be welcoming little Jakobi into the world and we all know how much little boys love snails and puppy dog tails.
I’m sure Rachel will be a pro at emptying pockets full of frogs and doodle bugs in to time at all and she will love every minute of it. She and Chad were goo-goo eyed and gushing about the impending arrival of their little bundle of joy during their maternity photo session at Spring Creek Park in Tomball and it was contagious.
Stick around….soon little Jakobi will make his blog debut. I can’t wait!
You first met Kelsey & AJ last year at their fun engagement session. You saw them again earlier this year at their sweet country wedding and they are here on the blog again celebrating the upcoming birth of little Kendall.
Isn’t this location to die for? Simply breathtaking! Kelsey & AJ brought the whole crew with them for the fun including their little 4-legged love who was nice enough to pose for a couple of shots.
Gorgeous weather, the prefect location, friends & family….can you ask for a more perfect maternity session? This little one is already completely adored! I can’t wait to meet her! Keep an eye out as she will be making her big debut right here very soon!!
Congratulations Kelsey & AJ! I can’t wait to meet little Kendall!
I think this may just be one of my all time favorite maternity photo sessions. How beautiful is this belly? Megan was truly glowing during her session and the camera was loving it! We held her session at her home with her sweet hubby, Bill, and their 4-legged loves.
She was so cute bouncing around gushing over little William III, his impending arrival & showing me the adorable newborn onsies she had and their beautiful work on a custom wall in the nursery. I could go on and on about this fun maternity session but I’ll stop and just show you!
I just can’t think of a better way to kick off the Christmas season than with this precious little one! This little guy came into the world at 9 lb. and 1 oz. and he was such a team player. Newborn photographers love it when little ones settle right in to whichever pose you put them in and little Noah did just that!
His Grandparent’s adore him, Mom is completely smitten and it’s so sweet to see how very much he is surrounded by love!
Noah’s cousins (the cutest little twin girls and adorable little boy you’ve ever seen) even came over to be part of the fun! we had perfect weather and a perfect little poser. I can’t imagine a better time. This little guy is going to be a BLAST at his 1 year cake smash session!
…I can’t wait!
They kept it a secret as long as they could and decided to announce the big news to all of their family and friends with a fun maternity photo session. Early maternity but a maternity photo session all the same.
A baby fills a place in your heart that you never knew was empty!
Historic Downtown Montgomery is the perfect place for all sorts of photo sessions and it could not have been more perfect for these two. They were so excited that they were radiating beams of light and the camera was loving every minute of it! This super fun session was one of the few I did during this past two years of travel so this post is a bit over due as their little bundle of joy is already walking but we had so much fun on this day I just had to share. You will meet their little angel very soon.
What a super fun way to announce your news to the world! They will have these wonderful memories to last a lifetime.
See what I mean? They literally radiated joy!
Because every precious little Texan needs a good pair of boots! Even tiny adorable ones.
I think someone here is a bit of a ham. What do you think?
Thank you Dan & Michelle for allowing me to share in this super special time in your life and capture such wonderful memories.
