These two! They are just so darn cute. Byron is one of my oldest and dearest online…turned real life friends that the internet has gifted me with over the years. Kelly is his sweet, beautiful bride. I don’t get to spend near enough time with these two. Personally I think we need 36 hour days and 3 day weekends don’t you?
Kelly loves to sew. She makes absolutely beautiful quilts and more! She was recently awarded Teacher of the Year at Grangerland Intermediate. I’m sure her students and co-workers will miss her as she also retired at the end of the year.
Over the years I have watched these two weather storm after storm, from health issues to the loss of family members and just about anything else life can throw at you. They have always come through on the other side shining bright with smiles on their faces.
They are currently going through the fight of their lives as Kelly is battling cancer for the 4th time. She is a fighter. She is strong. Her smile and strength are contagious. They are strong and their faith and love for each other is palpable.
I was honored to do this photoshoot for them and for the gift of being able to document their story and their love.
Keep fighting you two! You’ve got this!
All my love,
It’s hard to believe this little cutie is already 6 months old! Six months old and a complete ham. She is so happy, smiley and was little Miss Priss in her first tutu lovingly made just for her by her Mommy, Kelsey. I have no doubt that by the time this lil cutie is a year old she’s going to be a little model. Love, love, love it!
I had such a fun time taking photos of Bryon & Kelly this afternoon I had to pull one off the camera & do a quick phone edit for them! Can’t wait to edit all of them! Love you two! Thanks for braving the heat! *mwah*
If you don’t already know him through my other social media posts, meet Randall. Randall is my son-in-law. He takes great care of my Boo and my wee ones. They are my world so I guess you could say that this man holds my heart in his hands.
We were all blessed when he came into our lives. Not only does he love and nurture them daily but he works hard supporting them, is a Youth Leader at church and somewhere in between all of that he managed to complete his first step on the higher education ladder by completing his Associates Degree from Blinn this month.
Congratulations Randall! We are so proud of you!! Now on to A&M. Can’t wait to have another Aggie in the family!
Cotillion, Belle Ball, Homecoming, Junior and Senior Prom were always such a special time in our house. Mother-daughter mani-pedi’s followed by a house full of girls and their mom’s became a regular event. Music & laughter filled the house as the master bathroom slowly transformed into what looked like a miniature Sephora/beauty salon combo. By the time my two girls graduated I could have probably opened a small boutique selling used formals. I know a lot of you mom’s out there are nodding your head while reading this. Such sweet, special memories and happy times.
Last night Klein High School held their 2018 Senior Prom and we were super excited to be able to spend some time with Joe’s daughter Jessica and her handsome boyfriend, Josh. I just love taking pictures of these two. They are a sweet, beautiful couple and the camera just loves them! We arrived early and waited out front as they drove up to the Woodlands Waterway Marriott in his father’s early 80’s model TransAm.
Jessica looked like a Princess as she stepped out of the classic car. Her dress was just beautiful, her make-up was flawless and she was perfectly coordinated from head to toe. Josh was in the matching tux and stylin’ in GQ fashion from his head to his shoes as well. Everyone turned to admire them as they walked through the lobby of the hotel. They were so excited, I don’t even think they noticed.
Congratulations on your Senior Prom Jess & Josh. I hope your night was as magical as you dreamed it would be. Thank you for including us in your special day!
This beauty…what can I say? I could have photographed her all…day….long! Not only is she drop dead gorgeous and wore the perfect outfits to be able to put her in any pose but she cracked me up saying things like…
Can you make my butt look bigger?
I don’t know about you but those are words that have never and will never pass through my lips. *giggles* Charlotte also said something rarely heard from teenagers these days,
Do I have too much skin showing? I don’t want to show much skin.
Her senior session was so much fun that I actually left with more energy than I went in with. I can’t even. 😛
Charlotte is a student at Montgomery High School, she plays softball for the school, on a league team and is a member of Junior Cotillion. After graduation she will be headed to Sam Houston and is already proud to be a Bearkat!
Congratulations Charlotte! I can’t wait to see all of the good things that life has in store for you!
